Overnight oats, energy bites, trail mix, black bea Overnight oats, energy bites, trail mix, black bean dip, and smoothies were on the menu today when Nutritionist, Leslie Bonci, taught our skaters how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance. Skaters learned how to nourish themselves for training, competing, and recovery. Several of the Pittsburgh Figure Skating Club’s Ad Several of the Pittsburgh Figure Skating Club’s Adult Skaters competed this past weekend at the Eastern Adults Sectionals in York, PA. Many adults made it to the podium and everyone had a fantastic skate! Congrats, everyone!
