Overnight oats, energy bites, trail mix, black bea Overnight oats, energy bites, trail mix, black bean dip, and smoothies were on the menu today when Nutritionist, Leslie Bonci, taught our skaters how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance. Skaters learned how to nourish themselves for training, competing, and recovery.
